As usual, thanks for this great video. These tips can apply equally to other small businesses. I corrected two small problems today that I hadn’t even noticed before watching this video.

I have done this in my business and it engages the staff more in the operations of the business as seen by the customer. Furthermore it enabled me to ascertain which members of my staff were committed and showed enthusiasm and those who were not. Fortunately, it proved to me the staff were all committed.
