The use of social media (and an online strategy in general) is one of the key ways to cleverly increase your ability to interact with and retain customers. At Caffe Culture this year I will be doing a session on How to Create a Profitable Online Strategy . We’ve been working on a variety of online strategies for a number of clients this year and in certain cases this has been a huge success.

Like ’em or loathe ’em it’s impossible to ignore how effect Starbucks have been with their recent online strategy. Check out this video from last weeks online Mashable conference. If you can remove your “Starbucks-scepticism” there are some gems in here.
